The ME+NTOR training course ended the job shadowing mobility series with a full week (14.04.18 – 21.04.18) of activities designed by A.C.T.O.R. in order to improve and share mentoring methods, procedures and tricks among the organizations and staff involved in the project.
A.C.T.O.R. has implemented this training course along with Pistes Solidaires (France), Compass Európai Ifjúsági Közösségért Egyesület (Hungary), CAT (Poland), Associazione Culturale Link (Italy), Mille Cunti (Spain), Patronato Hogar Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles (Spain), De wissel vzw (Belgium), ASOCIACIJA ESTA SALTES (Lithuania), SEIKLEJATE VENNASKOND (Estonia), GAIAC (Portugal) and HELLENIC YOUTH PARTICIPATION (Greece). Overall, 24 participants were involved in the TC with various backgrounds and so with different levels of expertise. This aspect was very important to keep the mentoring concept stable (with the help of the experienced workers in the field) and fresh (with the contributions of the young and new workers).
By the end of the project, ME+NTOR’s specific result will be a compendium of mentoring cases and methods brought together from the source of experience of each partner organization.
