The AICI-ACOLO trainings have begun!
First training was specifically targeted for working with primary schools children and it was conducted by mrs. Irina Aldea – a very experienced primary school teacher.
They have learned how to create an effective lesson plan – including the main objective of the lesson, how to achieve it through effective exercises/games and evaluation methods. Mrs. Irina gave many examples of activities that can be done with children between 7-12 years old, including origami, “see-and-touch” and other interactive, face to face, and digital methods and tools.
After creating the lesson plan based on what mrs. Irina taught them, the volunteers will go to different schools in Bucharest to teach them about their different cultures and languages!
