Hello, I am Raphaël, a French volunteer and I have been in Romania for 6 months in Romania for the project Solidarity Actions for Kids of A.C.T.O.R association. I had a great time there and I can say I learnt a lot of new things. It was a growing experience thanks to the people I met and I worked with and the beneficiaries (children and adults). I needed to go out of my comfort zone to propose new activities and bring joy to the children. I really like to go to a lot of centers and hospitals especially Lacul Bucura and Alternativa, where I enjoyed a lot. It was a special feeling to see their happiness when you arrive, you can just give your best. I gained experience and I can see the differences between my beginning and now. I will always be thankful about this experience.
