În intervalul 17-22 Februarie a avut loc prima întâlnire față în față din cadrul proiectului Peers for Equality, inițiat de Asociația Ofensiva Tinerilor, colaborând cu parteneri din România (A.C.T.O.R.), Portugalia (PAR), Grecia (InnovED) și Belgia (INFORED, EPTO), pentru a construi împreună platforma online ce are ca scop promovarea egalității de gen.
Pe parcursul celor cinci zile, au fost discutate metodele care pot avea un impact semnificativ asupra diminuării stereotipurilor de gen, cum pot fi acestea adaptate la mediul online și cum pot deveni mai atractive pentru utilizatorii viitoarei platforme. De asemenea, au fost dezbătute metodele de evaluare ale cunoștințelor acumulate și cele de promovare. Fiecare partener a contribuit semnificativ cu idei și soluții, facilitând procesul de inițiere al proiectului.
Următoarea întâlnire va avea loc în luna iulie, la Arad, iar până în acel moment, toate metodele și materialele necesare pentru platformă vor fi realizate.

The first face-to-face meeting of the Peers for Equality project, initiated by the Youth Offensive Association, took place between February 17-22, collaborating with partners from Romania (A.C.T.O.R.), Portugal (PAR Association), Greece (InnovED) and Belgium (INFORED , EPTO), in order to build together the online platform that aims to promote gender equality.
During the five days, methods that could have a significant impact on reducing gender stereotypes were discussed, as well as how they can be adapted to the online environment and how they can become more attractive to users of the future platform. Also, the methods of evaluation of the accumulated knowledge and those of promotion were debated. Each partner contributed significantly with ideas and solutions, facilitating the design process of this project.
The next meeting will take place in June, in Arad, and until then, all the necessary methods and materials for the platform will be created.
