Săptămâna 18-26.08.19, proiectul YOUTHNETWORK RELOADED, implementat de A.C.T.O.R. in cadrul programului Erasmus Plus, a făcut al treilea pas planificat, si anume: mobilitatea de tip JOB SHADOW, care s-a desfasurat în București, România.
Organizatia coordonatoare a fost A.C.T.O.R. care a gestionat gazduirea si instruirea celor 2 participanți din Finlanda și a celor doi din Italia. Tematica a fost orientata spre intelegerea modului in care A.C.T.O.R gestioneaza programele sale de lucru cu tinerii, in general si cele de schimb intercultural cu tineri defavorizati, in special.
Experiența participantilor- Alessandro, Debora(Italia) Mina și Tarleena (Finlanda) în aceste zile i-a ajutat să descopere noi metode de educație nonformală, foarte utile pentru munca cu tinerii defavorizati, dar si cu copii din spitale.
Voluntarii din A.C.T.O.R au dezvoltat pentru invitati, ateliere promovandu-si in special, activitățile pe care le fac in mod obisnuit (de exemplu, origami și teatru de păpuși). După aceasta, participanții au avut șansa de a vizita chiar si spitalele in care se face animatie clinica.
Echipa A.C.T.O.R. s-a straduit sa ofere acces la modalitatile de administrarea a organizatiei, la activitatile cele mai relevante destinate grupurile tinta obisnuite, care sa aduca o imagine cat mai clara, despre cum ne ocupam de implicarea tinerilor pentru a le stimula participarea si pentru a intelege ansamblul de valori ce tin de diversitatea culturală din Uniunea Europeana.
Job Shadow Training a fost vizat si cateva obiective turistice în oraș, unde participantii au fost conduși de echipa A.C.T.O.R. Participantii au descoperit Bucureștiul cu locurile sale de referinta și au aflat detalii despre curiozitățile sale.
Pentru a rezuma, a fost o experiență intensă și profitabilă pentru fiecare, atat pentru echipa noastra cat si pentru participanti, dovada este rezultatul de la evaluarea finala: doi participanti la Job Shadow (Alessandro si MIna) vor deveni in curand voluntari in A.C.T.O.R. prin programul ESC.
In curand doi participanti romani vor pleca sa aiba o experienta de invatare similara in Italia, urmand ca in final sa fie organizata ultima etapa acestui proiect compus, un schimb intercultural in Finlanda.

This last week the Youth Network Reloaded program has made its next step thanks to the Job Shadow Training program developed in Bucharest, Romania. The NGO in charge is been A.C.T.O.R., and has managed the teaching and instruction of the participants from Finland and Italy about the clinical animation dynamics we enjoy in our daily activities.
The experience of Alessandro, Debora, Mina and Tarleena during this seven days has driven them to the discovery of this outstanding way of education through new knowledge and non-formal education methods, very useful for the work with children, in this specific case in hospitals. The volunteers of A.C.T.O.R have developed workshops about its main features and about the activities we can do to make it real (for example, through origami and puppet theatre). After this, the participants have had the chance to visit the hospitals we visit, employing themselves through the activities with the kids thanks also to the new knowledges acquired. In overall, they got the accurate tools to provide the youngest ones interesting and attracting activities that can make them have a good time, while we spread the employment of the youngsters and promote strong values like the cultural diversity, one milestone we work for in the organization.
The Job Shadow Training has been completed as well with sightseeings around the city during the days, steered as well by the A.C.T.O.R team, where the volunteers have discovered more about Bucarest throughs its venues and curiosities. To summarize, it’s been an intense and profitable experience to keep learning and employing ourselves through the programme the European Union offer to the youth nowadays.
