In perioada 3-8 August 2014, noi Alina Vatavu si Valentina Ical,
Merci Pierre, Merci Stephanie!
Between 3rd to 8th of August 2014, Alina Vatavu and Valentina Ical took part in one of the most unique training course called Laughing with no reason – a pedagogical tool, whose aim was to use laughter without reason as a pedagogical method. It took place in France, in a little rural area close to Lyon and the trainers were Pierre Fayet and Stephanie Henry. There were 30 participants from 13 different countries, such as Jordan, Moldavia, Austria, Greece, Egypt, Portugal, Armenia, Georgia, Spain, Turkey, Macedonia, France and Romania. In the first part of the training it was introduced to us the theoretical part of the method, explaining us the biological and therapeutic benefits of laughing without reason. For 3 days, the trainers ran several sessions where they have presented different games and tools which we can use afterwards in both personal and professional life. The next days each participant had to bring his own personal touch in preparing some activities, involving everybody in the laughing process, with or without reason. In addition, we have enjoyed the fresh air, the beautiful landscapes and we had the opportunity to taste some of the local goodies.
We are sure that we will apply in our everyday work a lot of the great things that we learned to this training course. This training course was co-funded by the European Commission trough Erasmus + programme.
Merci Pierre, Merci Stephanie!
