Danemarca este una dintre ţările din Peninsula Scandinavă, cu ieşire la frumoasa Mare Baltică, unde cerul împrumută nuanţe superbe de albastru deschis, turcoaz şi bleomarin mării ce se revarsă pe ţărmul larg şi liniştit al acesteia. Cu ocazia voluntariatului A.C.T.O.R., Drums4Peace, am avut şansa ca pentru o săptămână să trăim o experienţă de neuitat, să facem cunoştiinţă cu oameni extraordinari şi, nu in ultimul rand, să învăţăm. De ce spunem că “am avut ocazia să învăţăm”? Am reuşit să dobândim anumite cunoştiinţe în legătură cu obiceiurile şi culturile participanţilor din alte ţări precum Suedia, Italia, Islanda si, bineînţeles, Danemarca, prin intermediul unei seri interculturale. De asemenea, ne-am amintit de mândria de a fi românce prezentând obiectivele turistice din România ce merită văzute măcar o dată în viaţă, portul tradiţional românesc, muzica populară şi specialităţile culinare de care străinii nu s-au putut despărţi.
Denmark is a country from Scandinavian Peninsula, with a beautiful exit to the Baltic Sea, where the sky borrows wonderful tones of light blue, turquoise and navy blue to the sea which flows on the wide and quiet shore. With the occasion of volunteering at A.C.T.O.R, Drums4Peace, we had the chance to live an unforgettable experience for one week, to meet amazing people and, not least, to learn. Why do we say that „we had the occasion to learn”? We acquired some knowledge in ares like traditions and cultures of other countries as Sweden, Italy, Island and, of course, Denmark, during an intercultural night. Also, we remembered the pride of being Romanians with the opportunity of presenting some sights from Romania which are worth to be seen at least once in our lives, the traditional costume, the traditional music and the cuisine that the foreigners were in love with.
