As it was predicted in the  schedule of the Aici-Acolo Program, of the year 2011-2012, on the 28th of may 2012, A.C.T.O.R. invited the romanian teachers to take part in the Final Evaluation Seminar, from 6 pm, in Casa Corpului Didactic. The main things evaluated  were the activity over the year, mostly the quality of the festival, and some communication problems as well, resolving in finding solutions for the upcoming year. We debated on strategies of a better way of informing the parents of the beneficiary children about the conception of a new blog, out of which both educational institutions and parents could download video materials made during the activities and moments of the Aici-Acolo Festival.   For the year 2012-2013 A.C.T.O.R. explained to the participants from the seminar that the program will have a larger dimension- involving 20 volunteers from 16 countries of Europe and out of Europe for a new Youth in Action project- EVS, named “Here There Everywhere”, which was approved by the Executive Agency of te European Commission of Bruxelles. A  very festive moment followed in which the diplomas were given out. As usual, at these kind of events we had a good-bye dinner, for which our European volunteers have proven themselves once more in the art of cooking their traditional delicious recipes. Even if outside it was raining heavily, this final meeting between the volunteers of 2011-2012 and the teachers will be an unforgettable moment. To conclude.. Aici-Acolo Program will expand naturally binding essentially hundreds of people, around the idea of cultural diversity for the kids of Romania.
