In 26.04.12 am avut placerea sa primim premiul pentru cel mai bun program educational in cadrul Galei anuale organizata de United Way Romania.

Acum este si  voluntar in cadrul galei acestei.

Si in incheierea discursului meu as dori sa multumesc sotului meu Stefanita Barbu pentru ca mi-a fost mereu alaturi in tot ce am facut.

In incheiere va multumesc din nou pentru aceasta frumoasa si pretioasa recunoastere.”

Adaugam aici multumirile noastre calde si catre trei minunate doamne din boardul A.C.T.O.R.: Magdalena Ciobanu, Cristina Negut si Teodora Stoian, care fiecare in felul ei a ajutat infiintarea si dezvoltarea acestor programe. Amintim aici si pe Parintele Tudor Peiu, care a crezut si ne-a sustinut an de an…

On 4/26/12 we had the pleasure to receive the award for best educational program in the annual gala organized by United Way Romania. The following  clinic animation programs were valued: MARIA, Constantin and Dumitru, who were continually supported  since the organization’s foundation (2002), so A.C.T.O.R.’s volunteers  will give sick the children in hospitals Lacul Bucura, Grigore Alexandrescu, Budimex and Nicolae Robanescu the chance to enjoy playful educational activities.

Speech held by Eugenia Barbu after receiving the award: “The programs in hospitals are called Mary, Dumitru and Constantin was originally created in memory of my mother, brother and my father who had problems with cancer and whose disappearance generated my need to express myself.

Now I would like to thank all the volunteers who made it possible for this program to be alive and not to interrupt again. I together with more than 200 volunteers have made programs for children in hospitals for it’s not  just my problem, but i wanted that it would become others’ as well, regardless of education, the country of provenience, age or the nature of your motivation to volunteer ….

Here’s an example-with me was Cyril who came from France to Romania riding  his bike for 6 weeks! Now he is a volunteer.

And to conclude my speech, I would like to thank my husband  Stefanita Barbu for he always was with me in everything I’ve done.

In closing, thank you again for this beautiful and valuable recognition. “

We would like to add here our warm thanks to three beautiful ladies of the A.C.T.O.R. board: Magdalena Ciobanu, Cristina Negut and Teodora Stoian, which all helped in their own way influencing and developing these programs. Also we would like to thank Father Tudor Peiu, who believed in us and supported us every year…
