Seminarul de Evaluare Intermediara din cadrul Programului Aici- Acolo.
21.02 .2012 la Sala din pod a CCD Bucuresti intre orele 16.00-20.00.
La intalnire au venit 35 pedagogi din 17 institutii,din Bucuresti si din Amara iar obiectivele au fost urmatoarele:
-> Re-Informarea despre detaliile de organizare ale Programului Aici Acolo
-> Evaluarea managementului proiectului
-> Organizarea si pregatirea Festivalului „Aici Acolo”
Ne-am orientat in realizarea designului evenimentului pornind de la evaluarile saptamanale scrise de tinerii voluntari europeni si de la evaluarile lunare realizate prin comunicare orala a pedagogilor cu tinerele voluntare romance care au rolul de a media partile participante la program,
Toate aceste evaluari au fost realizate constant inca de la inceputul colaborarii cu fiecare institutie in parte.
Numarul important de participanti ne-a bucurat si ne-a dat incredere despre utilitatea si eficienta lui pentru realizarea unui program de calitate. Spre deosebire de programul si atelierele derulate in anii anteriori constatam o importanta constientizare de catre pedagogi a exigentelor rolului pe care eil au in derularea activitatilor.
Ne-am straduit sa atingem si probleme legate de implementare si management, prin exercitii amuzante si ludice, creand posibilitatea caaprticipantii sa descopere singuri caile spre imbunanatirea calitatii programului.
Atmosfera a fost relaxata, prietenoasa si armonioasa, ceea ce a dat posibilitatea ambelor parti sa comunice fara blocaje sau prejudecati. S-au clarificat anumite aspecte legate de comunicarea uneori defectuasa intre pedagogi si voluntari si s-au evidentiat cat de importante si nefericite pot sa fie urmarile, la nivel emotional, al unui cuvant sau gest facut in graba sau din neatentie.
Ca si anul trecut la acest seminar intermediar un moment extrem de important pentru noi a fost lansarea:
CD-ului audio al voluntarilor Programul Aici Acolo 11-12- inregistrate de voluntari in limbile lor materne
Revistei Aici Acolo 10-11 (continand, printre altele si lista tuturor pedagogilor implicati in anul scolar trecut)
Lansarea DVD ului cu jocurile, textele si imaginile utilizate de catre acestia la lectii
toate dorindu-se utile aprofundarii cunostintelor obtinute prin program si de catre copii si de catre pedagogi.
Interesul pedagogilor pentru aceste materiale a fost mare si ne bucura extrem de tare acest lucru.
In alta ordine de idei a fost incurajata din nou de catre membrii A.C.T.O.R. organizarea de lectii deschise pentru parinti, care sa poata vedea si cunoaste personal detaliile despre desfasurarea acestui program in care le sunt implicati copiii.

At the meeting there were 35 teachers out of 17 institutions of Bucharest and Amara and the objectives were the following:
-> Re-information about the organization details of the Aici-Acolo Program.
-> The evaluation of the project’s management.
-> Organizing and preparing the „Aici Acolo” Festival
We’ve oriented ourselves in the realization of the event’s design starting from:
weekly evaluations written by the young European volunteers and from the monthly evaluations made through oral communication from the teachers with the young Romanian volunteers whom had the role of inspecting the parts participating to the program
All of these evaluations have been constantly made since the beginning of the collaboration with each institution.
The participants’ number has made us happy and gave us confidence about the program’s utility and efficiency in order to make a quality program. We have noticed how now, as an add-on from past years of the program and workshops the teachers started understanding the role they have in the activities’ development.
We tried to cover problems concerning implementation and management, through fun games, creating the possibilities for the participants to discover by themselves the ways towards improving the program’s quality
The mood was relaxed, friendly and harmonious, which gave both parts a chance to communicate without trouble or prejudices. Some aspects regarding the bad communication between teachers and volunteers, and the consequences, at an emotional level, of a gesture or bad word made or said in hurry or out of inattention have been clarified.
Like last year, this intermediary seminar had a very important moment to us regarding the releases of:
the Aici-Acolo audio CDs- recorded by the volunteers in their mother tongues
Aici Acolo 10-11 Magazine (continuing the list of all the teachers implied in last year’s school year)
The release of the DVD with games, texts and images used by the volunteers at their lessons
The interest of the teachers towards these materials was great and it pleases us.
In other order of ideas, open lessons for parents were supported by A.C.T.O.R.’s members, so they can see and meet the details about having this program.
