A.C.T.O.R. a sustinut primul curs de pre-depature/ ACTOR sustained the first pre departure training

– intelegerea contextului SEV si a Programului Tineret in Actiune

– abordarea interactiunilor in context intercultural- riscuri, etape, metode de prevenire a socului cultural

The pre-departure training was hel on the 29th of August 2011 at A.C.T.O.R.’s headquarters, and took place between 9 AM and 6 PM. Eugenia Barbu was the trainer.

6 volunteers that will leave in EVS projects in Europe participated at this training: Victor Maracine, Cristina Merisoiu (Croatia), Andra Mardare (France), Sanziana Tudor (Italy), Daniela Stoian, Andreea Luntraru (Denmark).

Roxana Olteanu (Italy) and Oana Baloc (Poland) participated taking advantage of the chance of meeting so many people, even if the answer for their projects is still to be recieved…

In the participants’ help came 3 ex-EVS volunteers: Mirela Stoian- begginer co-trainer, Ionut Becheru and Calin Motorga. The three of them were invited mostly to share their EVS experience, recently coming back from Luxembourg and Germany , and to answer questions. Alina Vatavu came as well to speak to the participants from the point of view of a mentor and a romanian teacher for the EVS projects A.C.T.O.R. hosted in Romania.

The program was on schedule even if, we all agreed that it was a marathon, because we had to offer a very big quantity of information in one single day, but it we all agreed on it as well, because the majority of the volunteers came from different cities and couldn’t stay in Bucharest longer than a day.

At the same time, Andrada Deatcu(Luxembourg) has been prepared , but her training has been held through Skype… it was really funny to use technology, but it was the only option because Andrada lives in Timisoara.

This training was the first, but not the last, because other youngsters will come and get the answers for their applications. We wish them luck!
