Pe data de 8 iunie a avut loc seminarul de inchidere si evaluare finala a programului intercultural Aici-Acolo.
Impreuna cu pedagogii si directorii institutiile implicare in programul intercultural in acest an scolar, am incercat sa privim programul in ansamblu si sa vedem care sunt punctele bune si ce aspecte ale activitatilor mai putem imbunatati.
In general feedback-ul primit de la pedagogi este unul bun, acestia fiind de parere ca legatura dintre tinerii europeni si copii este un foarte pretioasa si din care pot invata toti cei implicati. Acestia au fost impresionati si de jocurile si metodele creative, in general, folosite de voluntarii SEV pentru a transmite mesajul lor.
Dar nu am evaluat numai pedagogii si directorii institutiilor scolare, ci am incercat sa vedem si ce parere au parintii despre programul nostru prin intermediul unor chestionare pe care acestia le-au completat pana in ziua seminarului. Deocamdata suntem in curs de procesare a sutelor de chestionare primite si cat mai curand vom posta rezultatele.
Desigur ca la acest seminar am avut un moment in care am “pus lumea la cale” pentru urmatorul an scolar, am primit idei noi din partea pedagogilor si a directorilor, care sunt incantati sa-I mai primeasca in clasele lor pe voluntari si din septembrie
La sfarsit ne-am luat la revedere doar pentru perioada vacantei si am incheiat acest an scolar asa cum se incheie peste tot, cu diplome, de data asta pentru pedagogi si directori.
On June 8, closing the seminar program and evaluation of inter-cultural project Aici-Acolo.
Together with teachers and directors of cultural institutions involved in the program this school year, we tried to look at the whole program and see what are good and which aspects of the activities we can improve.
Generally the feedback from teachers was good, they still think that the relationship between Europeans and young children is a very valuable and of which everyone involved can learn. They were impressed and games and creative methods generally used by EVS volunteers for their message.
But I only rated schools teachers and directors, but I tried to see and what they think parents about our program through surveys that they have completed to day seminar. For now we are currently processing hundreds of questionnaires received and as soon as we post the results.
Certainly, at this seminar, I had a moment in which we “put the world on track for next school year, I got ideas from teachers and directors, who are delighted to receive in their classes in May and September volunteers 🙂
In the end we just said goodbye and closed during the holidays this year as school ends everywhere, diploma, this time for teachers and principals.
