Intalnire de mid-term pentru proiectul Inclusive TOOLBOX –cooperation for social change in Europe – Parteneriate pentru Invatare Grundtvig GRU-10-P-LP-203-B-LU CODLEA , ROMANIA 18-22 MAI 2011

La aceasta intalnire au participat:

Dupa primirea participantilor si gazduirea acestora la Pensiunea Exotic din Codlea, am inceput prin a prezenta comunitatea locala cu ajutorul learnerilor participanti in acest proiect – in mobilitatea 3 Portugalia – Ioana Bohalteanu, Lavinia Toader si Silvia (Batca) Tataru.

O mare parte a primei zile de lucru a fost alocata evaluarii mobilitatilor efectuate deja in cadrul acestui proiect: Polonia, Italia si Portugalia.

Un al doilea subiect important a fost discutarea formularului de raport intermediar, pentru a nu avea neclaritati in completarea acestuia de catre organizatiile partenere.

In ziua a doua am discutat focusat despre grupurile tinta si metodele de lucru pe care fiecare organizatie le-a folosit si le va folosi.

Cu aceasta ocazie am invitat partenerii sa viziteze doua institutii partenere ale A.C.T.O.R. din comunitatea locala- respectiv Scoala de Arte si Meserii Codlea si Liceul Teoretic din Codlea unde au avut ocazia sa intalneasca si sa interactioneze cu diferite categorii de tineri.

Dupa amiaza s-au discutat probleme legate de comunicarea intre parteneri, evaluindu-se situatia de pana in prezent si stabilindu-se solutii pentru viitor.

Ultima zi de lucru a fost folosita intens pentru discutii despre viitoarele mobilitati, despre produsele finale ale proiectului si despre proiecte de viitor. Am incheiat apoi cu o evaluare a intalnirii si cu un moment festiv de acordare a certificatelor de participare.

Partenerii nostrii au avut ocazia in timpul liber sa socializeze cu membrii comunitatii locale petrecand clipe de neuitat alaturi de oamenii extrem de ospitalieri din Codlea.

After the participants’ arrival, we’ve hosted them at “Pensiunea Exotic” of Codlea, we’ve started by presenting the local community with the help of the learners of this project- in mobility 3 Portugal- Ioana Bohalteanu, Lavinia Toader and Silvia (Batca) Tataru.  

The first day was reserved for the evaluation of the other mobilities held during this project: Poland, Italy and Portugal.  

A second important subject was discussing the intermediary report form so we don’t have any problem in completing it with our partner organizations.

During the second day we’ve discussed about the target group and the work methods that each organization will use.

With this occasion we’ve invited out partners to visit two of our partner institutions of the local community – “Scoala de Arte si Meserii and Liceul Teoretic Codlea- where they had the chance to interact with youngsters of different ages.  

In the afternoon problems of communication between partners were discussed, evaluating the situation ’till the present and establishing solutions for the future

The last work day was used for discussions regarding the future mobilities, about the final products of the project and about future projects.

Our partners had the occasion in their free time to socialize with the members of the local community spending unforgettable moments by the extremely kind people of Codlea.
